Is There Any Guarantee On The Jewelry?
We stand by the quality of our jewelry and will replace any item due to a production error for up to six months after purchase. However, because of the nature of our designs, no two pieces are exactly alike. Slight color change or loss of shine is normal and may need light maintenance on your part. A quick swipe of a cleaning cloth can do wonders. Depending on the metal in the jewelry, the pieces will wear in the more it’s worn, which is the intended beauty of lived-in jewelry!

Can I Wear The Jewelry In Water?
While we want you to enjoy your life while wearing your jewelry, we highly recommend you remember to take off the pieces when bathing, swimming or showering. Avoiding excessive exposure to heat and moisture is also a good idea.

How Do I Clean Your Jewelry?
Clean plated and antiqued jewelry, however tough and strong they might look, are delicate beauties. Wiping with a damp, clean towel will do. For unplated brass and silver, use a mild cleaning agent. A jewelry cleaning cloth is the best method for all your precious jewels.

Where Is Your Jewelry Made?
Our jewelry is made in the US and in Europe.

Why Is My Skin Turning Green?
Don’t panic! Some people develop greenish hue from wearing brass or bronze jewelry, most commonly on fingers. While it’s not dangerous, it’s certainly not as attractive as your own skin tone. If this affects you, we recommend getting silver jewelry, which we offer in almost every style.
